I hereby declare that I agree to participate in the excursion organized by MOUNTAIN & FOREST TRAVEL d.o.o. travel agency. I confirm that I am aware of the nature of the action I will take, as well as the associated risks. In addition, I confirm that I meet all the necessary health and psychophysical conditions to participate.

I declare that I am aware that the trip poses certain risks, including those that are unavoidable and avoidable through careful behaviour. I confirm that I will behave appropriately during the trip, adhering to the hiking ethics and rules.

I am aware that it will be necessary to walk and will require physical effort, so I will prepare myself and equip myself accordingly. I will follow the instructions of the guide and stick together with the other participants of the trip. I understand that the guide has the right to change the excursion plan in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Also, I confirm that I take the trip at my own risk and that I am familiar with the general terms and conditions of the trip and the policies of the organizer. I understand that it is necessary to follow all the instructions of the guide, adhering to the safety guidelines and rules at all times during the trip.

With this consent, I release the tour organizer, guide, other participants and other persons involved in the organization of the trip from all liability for any damage, injury or loss of property that may occur during the trip.
