Dolomites - a place worth returning to again and again

Dolomites or the Dolomite Alps (Ladinese: Dolomites; Italian: Dolomites; The language of furlane: Dolomitis) mountain the Eastern Group Alps in Italy. They are mostly in the province. Belluno (Veneto), and to a lesser extent, in the provinces South Tyrol i Trentino (Everything in the Northeast Italy). By convention, it extends from the rivers Adige the West to Piave to the east, and between the valleys Puster in the north and Sugana in the south. In August 2009, the Dolomites were declared a natural heritage of UNESCO.
In the Dolomites there are 21 peaks higher than 3,000 m above sea level and they cover an area of about 141,903 hectares. Here are some of the most beautiful Alpine landscape with vertical rocks, steep cliffs and a high density of narrow, deep and long Valley. This is where the varied landscapes of the great geological importance, such as natural columns and walls, karst formations (maximum number of different calcareous formation in a limited space in the world) is, tops and glaciers. They testify to the rich geomorphological the past rocks that were formed erosion, earthquakes i glaciation. Some standalone rocks are more than 1,500 m from their bottom, and are among the highest limestone cliffs in the world. This is why they are common in this area. landslides, flooding i avalanches.
This seemingly dry text, however, tickles the imagination of anyone who loves nature and hiking. Although until about a year ago I resisted going to Dolomites, because there is a crowd there, dark' everyone goes... yet this beauty of nature and the peculiarity of the landscape simply attracted me to myself.
Numerous inquiries for Dolomites "softened" me and in April 2023 we went to the first reconnaissance. I must admit I bowed to the first breath of that beauty.
We went to South Tyrol, to the reconnaissance. We carried snow on the iodine of the more beautiful trails in the Dolomites - Adolf Munkel Trail. It was all right, we were getting ready for the summer and taking the people there.
But always curiosity because of its own, not enough Dolomites, people want more, for this year we have prepared another, near Cortina d'Ampezzo, which include a lot of sound names. We hope this year brings us more Dolomites and places to discover.
