I confirm that I am aware of the nature of the action I will take, as well as the associated risks. In addition, I confirm that I meet all the necessary health and psychophysical conditions to participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I declare that I am aware that the trip poses certain risks, including those that are unavoidable and avoidable through careful behaviour. I confirm that I will behave appropriately during the trip, adhering to the hiking ethics and rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am aware that it will be necessary to walk and will require physical effort, so I will prepare myself and equip myself accordingly. I will follow the instructions of the guide and stick together with the other participants of the trip. I understand that the guide has the right to change the excursion plan in case of unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, I confirm that I take the trip at my own risk and that I am familiar with the general terms and conditions of the trip and the policies of the organizer.
