Bulgaria \u2013 a country of beautiful nature and excellent gastronomy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I've been a tourist in Bulgaria so far, but I've absorbed some hints that were very useful. Guy, let's use salad and brandy for the appetizer, and rakija\u2026 will tell you that you want a little one, if you don't mind spitting the kids! She certainly impressed me and I wanted to repeat it and bring it closer to others. The decision for the annual and reconnaissance was made there long ago in February. We were getting ready for a long time, but it came quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seven Lakes of Ireland<\/strong>
The Seven Ice Lakes (Sedemte ri\u0161ki ezera or Sedemte ri\u0161ki ezera) are a group of ice lakes located in the northwestern part of the Rila Mountains. The seven Ril Lakes are the most visited group of lakes in Bulgaria. The lakes are located between 2,100 and 2,500 meters above sea level. Rila Mountain covers an area of 2,629 km\u00b2, and the Rila National Park covers an area of 81,000 hectares. The seven lakes represent a tourist attraction in Bulgaria due to their natural environment. The lakes are located one above the other and are connected by small streams, which form tiny waterfalls and cascades.
Each lake bears a name associated with its most characteristic feature. The highest is called Salzata (\"Tear\") because of its clean waters that allow visibility in depth. Next, by the height at which it is located, it bears the name Okoto (\"The Eye\") almost perfectly oval shape. Okoto is the deepest karst lake in Bulgaria, 37.5 meters deep. Babreka (Bubreg) is a lake with the steepest shores of the entire group. The sign is the largest on the surface. The trilistnica has an irregular shape and low coastline. The shallowest lake is Ribnoto Ezero, and the lowest is Dolnoto Ezero (Lower Lake), where the waters flowing from other lakes gather in the Dherman River.
All in all, the Rilska Lakes are beautiful, the trails around them are wonderfully landscaped. It's a natural beauty that leaves you breathless. On weekends, this beauty is visited, but on weekdays, (when you carefully plan the path, as we do) it is beautiful, and can be enjoyed without so much crowding and pushing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otherwise, the place from which it moves with an open cable car \/ railway towards the Rilska lakes is called Pani\u010di\u0161te. Someone who is afraid of heights and those chairs (and that's me) is too symbolic in that name \ud83d\ude0a, but it wasn't terrifying. From Pani\u010di\u0161te, the cable car goes to Hi\u017ea \u2018Rilska jezera\u2019.
Mountain huts in Bulgaria are called hi\u017ee, which sounds very nice and is easy to remember.
There is a possibility of reaching Hi\u017ea by jeep, which runs before the cable car opens, which makes it possible to avoid crowds early on arrival, or for someone for whom a cable car ride is by no means an option. Although, if I have survived \u2013 anyone can!
Hi\u017ea \u2018Rilska jezera\u2019 is quite large (there is a possibility of overnight stays), it is quite tidy and is a great place to refresh after visiting the lake. It is interesting that, despite a considerable number of people, we did not see a single piece of paper or some \u2018heavy\u2019 waste on the trail itself. It seems to us that the Bulgarians hold a lot to their natural beauties and that people who come to such places have a conscious hiking culture.

Musala - the highest peak of the Balkans<\/strong> (2925m)<\/strong>
After visiting the Rila Lakes, we go to our accommodation \u2013 a beautiful apart hotel in Borovets, which is a great skiing destination for many Bulgarians, but also for other people in the Balkans during the winter months. At a 10-minute walk from the hotel there is the lower station of the Yastrebets cable car, which makes the ascent to the highest peak of the Balkans very easy, because in 25 minutes drive it brings us to 2,369 mnv. This means that we have only 556 m of ascent to Musala. Although I read that this cable car is more comfortable for everyone, because it is a closed gondola, it was terribly stressful for me at times and with undrinked coffee in the morning I was not something happy when I left the gondola\ud83d\ude0a
It's true that that day was a li-la prognosis and that we weren't given much. But here we are, walking lightly, the only limit is our last ride at 18:30, but given our condom, we can also pull around \u2018like a megla\u2019.
Musala is also located on Mount Rila, which belongs to the Rhodope Mountains, and the meaning of the word Rila is of Thracian origin. The name comes from the word \u2018roula\u2019, which means \u2018full of water\u2019, so on the way to Musala we meet numerous glacial lakes. Interestingly, the lake next to the Musala Hiza bears the name Alek Lake, after Alek Konstantinov, who is considered the originator of Bulgarian tourism. It also named one peak on Rila, a tourist center on Vito\u0161a in Sofia, but also one intersection in Chicago. \u00a0
As the highest peak or \"roof of the Balkans\", Musala attracts the most visitors, and Rila itself has over 100 two-thousand-year-olds.
The path from the cable car to Hi\u017ea Musal is a stone, but more or less flat with a small descent at the end. The home works, but with prior announcement (I suppose it is open during the summer season regardless of the announcement). From home, the climb starts a little harder, but despite the terrain, the trail is quite simple, there are no break-ins or anything that would make anyone any problem. After overcoming the ascent, we arrive again to the lake, we move again on a flat, even offering a little grassy terrain and even mud. There are some sort of bridges, to avoid this mud, because the rocky and mud in the gossips are not some happiness.
Again starts a gentle ascent, which leads us to the shelter Ice Lake. So, the shelter at 2,720 mnv, neat, has coffee and refreshing drinks. Now the man wonders\u2026 Bulgaria, shelter at 2,720m..., maybe a little unexpected, but it is so! Well done to them. Ice Lake is the highest Balkan lake at 2,709 mnv and from it to the roof of the Balkans we are about 30 minutes of pleasant walk away. When crowded, it is recommended to go on a winter climb, which is heavier and provides more beautiful views. But we were on a cloudy, busy day, so there was no need.
We're coming to Musala, it's kind of a good feeling to be here, even though we don't have any view, peace and silence, there's another couple with whom we exchange photographic services, we drink Pirinsko beer, because Rilski is not there, we rest, and we gently descend towards the cable car, which still causes me stress, but, I'm watching the photos, not underneath, and that's it.

Gastronomy<\/strong>
So, we found accommodation in Borovets, a place that is quite touristic, which means a dose of commercialization. It's the same with dishes that don't give an impression of where we are.
Not having a driver's license gives me a huge space to gamble everything you gamble to, and especially a lot of attention to this gastronomic part. So I discovered Samokov, about 10 km away from Borovets, with two resters, who have great reviews on google, look like what we want, and the offer of dishes is exactly what I want to convey to Sunday, after all my stories about clapping and unbuttoning belts in Sofia in 2019. \ud83d\ude0a
And indeed, we enjoyed the delicacies in the Old House and Kaymakan's House, in a bunch of vegetables, salads, breadcrumbs, brandies, excellent red wine (of which we need a particularly prominent mavrud, a characteristic wine of southern Bulgaria, which is adorned with dark color and notes of forest fruit, and aging in oak barrels gives it the exact weight it needs to fit perfectly with excellent dishes). From the appetizer salad, served with brandy, to the opening of appetite, to the main dishes, cooked \/ baked in traditional clay pots, we enjoyed every bite.
