Camino Vinodol is part of the Camino Croatia network, opened in spring 2026. The debt is just over 90km and is divided into 5 stages. It is the route from Senj to Jadranovo, where the sea, karst and picturesque hinterland alternate, lots of vineyards and forests, coastal towns, old towns and traces of rich history.
The story begins in Senj, under the fortress Nehaj, and continues through the hinterland towards the Krmpotae and the church of St. Peter. Jacob.
One of the most beautiful places is the old town of Ledenice, with one of the lookouts, which belongs to the set of lookouts \"The Eyes of Vinodola\". Among the remains of stone walls, it is easy to imagine the former life of this fortified place, and the views towards the sea are an additional reason to pause here and enjoy the view.
There are also Novi Vinodolski, its old streets and Frankopan heritage, so Bribir, with its old core and tower Turan, the remaining part of the former castle.
In the Vinodol area there is a preserved Driveni\u010dka gradina. Situated on a hill above the valley, with its towers and walls, it is one of those points that you want to visit, look up close and hear something about them. Then there is the Tribaljsko Lake, for a slightly different landscape and a break by the lake overlooking the Driveni\u010dka gradina. Then walk along the river Dubra\u010dina to Crikvenica - simply perfect.
Through Crikvenica and Dramalj, the road returns to the coast, promenades along the sea and views of Krk, and ends in Jadranovo, which was once called Sv. Jakov, in the case of the tuner and the \u2018Fishers\u2019 House\u2019 in Per\u010din Bay. It was here that residents hunted tuna for centuries and pulled fishing nets. Kre\u0107emo iz Zagreba u 7 sati, i, uz jedno stajanje, oko 9:15-9:30 sti\u017eemo u Senj. Staza nas odmah vodi o\u0161tro uzbrdo, u po\u010detku asfaltiranim putem koji se ubrzo pretvara u planinarsko-pje\u0161a\u010dku stazu. Kako dobijamo na visini, tako nam se otvaraju i pogledi prema moru. Nakon nekog vremena staza prelazi u \u0161iroki makadamski put, prolazi kroz \"\u0161umu\" vjetroelektrana i dolazi do mjesta Podbilo, gdje \u0107emo napraviti pauzu. Podbilo su dvije-tri ku\u0107e, crkva, groblje, kafi\u0107 i nogometno igrali\u0161te. Na tom groblju pokopan je hrvatski branitelj Damir Tomljanovi\u0107 Gavran. Nastavljamo dalje, jo\u0161 uvijek \u0161irokim putem kroz vjetroelektrane, ali ne zadugo. Kad nestanu vjetroelektrane, nestaje i \u0161iroki put i dalje opet nastavljamo obi\u010dnom stazom. Do sada smo se uglavnom penjali, a od sada silazimo, prema Jakov polju. I tu se nalazi crkva (Sv. Jakova) i groblje, ali ipak i ne\u0161to vi\u0161e civilizacije nego u Podbilu. U blizini se nalazi vidikovac Kuk, jedno od o\u010diju Vinodola, pa \u0107emo se za kraj odvesti tamo. Nakon toga idemo u Senj na zaslu\u017eenu ve\u010deru.
